Marketplace role

Magicbricks is a property discovery and lead-generation platform. We are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee ownership, availability, pricing, legality or condition.

Listings

Property providers must submit accurate, lawful content and maintain applicable registrations and approvals. We may review, reject, suspend or remove content.

User responsibilities

Users must independently verify title, RERA information, documentation, fees and counterparties before paying or signing.

Acceptable use

No fraud, impersonation, scraping, spam, malicious uploads or attempts to bypass security are permitted.
